Contact the Account Executive requesting to change the Main IT Contact person in the contract. See SAP KBA 2626344 - Who is the SAP Account Manager for my company?
The Account Executive can check the Internal SAP Note #2989875 for further details.
If credentials for the SAP Sales Cloud Commission tenant needs to be resend, please also raise an case with our SAP Sales Cloud Support Team under component CEC-SAL-COM with the request.
