3056167 - Error when creating story in C4C: Your profile is not configured for this system

You are using the embedded SAC integration in your C4C system. When clicking on Create Story, you receive the following message:

It seems your profile is not configured for this system.

ABC.sapanalytics.cloud refused to connect

(Other error messages are possible)

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics.
2. Select the view Design Stories.
3. Click Create Story.

You see the above message.

The SSO configuration in your system is either missing or incorrect.

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics.
2. Select the view Common Tasks.
3. Click Configure Single Sign-On for SAC.
4. Under "IdP Subject Name Identifier", ensure that you have selected either "User ID" or "User E-Mail", depending on how your users are configured in IdP.
5. Also ensure that a user is entered here. It has to be the user ID or the e-mail address, depending on the option you chose, If the entered user does not match the selected option (for example if you choose "User E-mail" but you enter a user name), users cannot be enabled for this integration and you will face this issue.
6. Also note that if you enter wrong user details here and you would like to correct them, please use the "Reset IdP Metadata" option on this screen.
7. Once you have completed this and uploaded the IdP metadata, users will be replicated between the 2 systems. You can check which users were replicated by going back to Common Tasks and clicking the option Manage Users for SAC. All users who are active here should be able to create or view stories (depending on whether they are key users or business users).

When choosing a IdP Subject Name Identifier in C4C and in IdP, note that the user / e-mail you enter is case sensitive.
