3056185 - In BW Modeling Tools (BW MT), BW queries are not visible in the Project Explorer under the InfoProvider.

Symptom

In BW Modeling Tools (BWMT):

  • A query is not visible under the infoprovider in the Project Explorer.
  • Clicking on where-used button, the BW query is visible.

However, the query is available and can be executed e.g. using test transaction RSRT.

In transaction RSOSM:

  1. Button 'Search Metadata'
  2. Enter the affected query name (e.g. XYZ)
  3. Click on Search
  4. The query is found
