1. Log into the instance
2. Go to the DTRM tool
3. Try to run a DTRM Master data purge
4. You receive the following error: com.successfactors.auditlogging.api.purge.AuditLogPurgeException

When this error is thrown it indicates that there was an issue with the Database connection at that time.

• Rerun the purge and it will be successful.
• If the issue persists please reach out to LOD-SF-PLT-DRM with the details of the issue.
