3056494 - EC Service Center (Ask HR) Self Service Subscription: for Ask HR acquired after 1H 2021 Release

Now you can enable ECSC (ASK HR) Subscription on SAP Business Technology Platform as a self-service.

From 1H 2021 version onward, requesting subscription to ECSC HTML and JAVA application is a self-service. Customers can enable it by using the services under the category Application Development and Automation

Note: self-service will be enabled only for customers who have purchased ECSC license after 7^th March 2021. For customers who whave purchased it before 7^th March 2021, self-service will not be enabled and they will have to follow the old procedure following steps from KBA 2591107.
