3056803 - Visit Attendees in Report

Symptom

Using "Visit Details" (CODVISITHB) data source to view the results for Visit Attendees.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics
  2. Go to Design Data Source and search for "Visit Details"
  3. Use any visit Id in the selection
  4. The attendees are not visible in the preview

Cause

Visit Details data source is not intended to show the results with Attendees, you have to use appointment related data source to fetch the same.

Resolution

Search for Appointment Involved Parties data source (CODAPAPTYB).
In the selection use the below criteria :-

  • Visit =  Enter the required visit id
  • Party Role = Select 36, which is Attendee

Add Party, Party Role, Visit in the view and required results will be seen.
