3056855 - Additional actions in Page Header for Ask HR and Help & Tutorials

As part of b2105 we have added icons to the page header, one to access Ask HR for Employee Central Service Center and one to access Help & Tutorials.

You can use role-based permission to remove access to either of these features as outlined below:

• To see Ask HR for Employee Central Service Center, you have the Administrator > Service Center > Access Service Center permission. For more details on ask HR see sap help guide Customizing Ask HR Application Name
• To see Help & Tutorials, you’re either an administrator or you have the Administrator > Manage System Properties > Help Portlet Admin permission. Note that Each module has its own Help & Tutorials page which work separately and not all model pages support Help & Tutorials see KBA  2086743 - Help & Tutorials pages for more details.

To icons can be disabled from the header a switch has been added to provisioning, if you are a partner navigate to Provisioning -> Company settings -> Disable Ask HR and Help & Tutorials icons in global header. If you do not have access to provisioning, please raise a customer support ticket or chat under the component LOD-SF-PLT-THM to request the icons to be disabled.
