3056869 - Handling /IWFND/I_MED_SRH table index issue during system upgrade in HANA

Symptom

You need more information for handling the duplication issue explained in KBA 2378526 for your HANA database:

During system upgrade, the following error message appears:
"Update and insert sequence failed due to conflicting unique indexes on table /IWFND/I_MED_SRH (please read the SAP Note 626915 for details)".
The error still occurs after following all described steps based on the mentioned SAP Note 626915.
