3056990 - Job Role Tag File is not Getting Uploaded - Recruiting Management

• When importing Job Role Tags, the file is not getting uploaded and the user receives an email notification saying that zero records were processed.
• When doing a Job Role Tag import, the page reloads but the file is not uplodaded. The user who receives an email that mentions that zero records were processed.
