3057047 - First Name and Last Name Missing with ATS Flow - Onboarding

Why can't I see all the names of the new joiners in the onboarding dashboard and I do have ATS Flow Implemented

The issue is caused by the absence of Personal Information in EC. The customer is using ATS workflow however they are not creating the Personal Information before triggering onboarding. This results in the absence of First Name and Last name. 

Request you to please update the process to including creation of personal information for the ATS flow.

Work-Around: For the affected candidates please complete the PDC for the personal information to be created and subsequently the name to appear in the dashboard.
