Symptom

  • The following error is reported in the SRS log:

Open Client Client-Library Message: severity(1), msgnumber(33620255), 'cs_ctx_drop: cslib user api layer: external error: The context structure cannot be dropped because the application has not exited from ct.'.

  • Installing ONE-OFF EBF 29845 for SRS 16.0 SP03 PL08 with newer CI libraries in SAP ASE 16.0 SP03 PL08 didn't resolve this issue.
