3057095 - Reward and Recognition button not available in my team tile - Reward and Recognition

When clicking on "Take Action" for an employee, under My Team tile, the "Reward and Recognition" button is missing.

SAP SuccessFactors Reward and Recognition

1. Home Page;
2. Manage My Team tile;
3. Click on an employee;
4. Take Action;
5. Search for Reward and Recognition -> That button is missing

Please note that is tile is only available for Managers.

The manager does not have permission to Spot Award Program.

You will need to give that permission to the role the manager is part of. Follow the steps below to do so:

1. Admin Center;
2. Manage Permission Roles;
3. Open the role -> Permission...
4. Miscellaneous Permissions;
5. Spot Award Program;
6. Click on Done and Save Changes.

          7. Then go back to Home Page and check the tile Manage My Team.
