3057158 - [Onboarding] Section 2 of i9 Compliance forms does not appear for review (Onboarding/Offboarding)

Form I-9 Section-1 tile  is appearing to the new hire after completing Personal Data collection step but in candidate signature tile it is not available, still status shows as completed to the Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager is not getting Form I-9 Section-2 tile in his/her To-do tile. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Complete the i9 section 1 as the External User
• Login as the Hiring Manager to complete Section 2
• Form I-9 Section-2 tile  is missing and the candidates form is not available

• State field is not present in API Center - OData API Data Dictionary  under any FO Object
• Please note that for US Compliance/I9 to work we would require the state field to be present under "FOCorporateAddressDEFLT"

• In Provisioning, under Succession Management, kindly update the "Import/Export Country/Region Specific XML for Corporate Data Model" 
• Do update the state field within this template and maintain the same for the country USA
• After you import the correct xml, I would request you to kindly check in the API Center - OData API Data Dictionary for "FOCorporateAddressDEFLT" if the state field is present

• Support Team, please refer to the Internal Memo to identify the error message displayed
