3057402 - Document flow error: Function ExportNetzControl not found

• Error "Function ExportNetzControl not found" is raised while displaying document flow for quality notification in WebGUI.
• Fiori is used to process quality notifications. Instead of showing the document flow, error is coming.
• Graphical document flow cannot be opened in SAP GUI for HTML due to error message.

Error "Function ExportNetzControl not found" is raised, as SAP GUI for HTML does not support this type of business graphics. See SAP Note 314568 for more information.

Possible options to display the document flow:

1. In the WebGUI (via Fiori Launchpad) it is possible to reach document flow in a table view. Goto “More -> Extras -> Notification Documents -> Document Flow -> List”.
2. Use the SAP GUI for Windows to display the graphical view.
