3057462 - Some values are not visible to be added as criteria in Manage Permission Groups - Onboarding

In Manage Permission Group > External Onboarding user, when selecting the criteria to include the users in the group, not all expected values are visible for selection.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Manage Permission Groups
2. Create New
3. Select User Type External Onboarding User
4. From the People category select for example: Location
5. Click search and view that some locations are not available
6. Same behavior observed for other defaults objects and custom strings fields

No onbordee has been processed already with those values associated.

1. Engineering confirmed this is expected behaviour.
2. The system requires someone to be tied to that object for it to appear and be selectable as a filter in permission groups.
3. For example: for a location to appear in People Pool a candidate would need to have been processed through Onboarding at least once for that location.
4. Another criteria might be selected to suits the company requirements, or a test onbordee initiated associated to that value for location, for example.
