3057475 - Error importing translations override file in CSB - Recruiting Marketing

When attempting to import a translations override file from a different system in the Translations editor, the import fails with the error :  "Failed to Save file. There was a failure while saving the translations. Check the file and try again." 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Populate translations overrides in Tools / Translations
2. Export file from source. XML file is exported successfully.
3. Open Tools / Translations in target system and import previous file
4. Error occurs: "Failed to Save file. There was a failure while saving the translations. Check the file and try again."

There is blank text populated for one or several of the resource keys in the XML file

Make sure all overrides contain characters and not just spaces.
Note this would appear in the XML as <text> </text>

If no translation override is required for the affected key then the default translation should be restored (clear override field and confirm)
