3057498 - Maintaining External User Visibility for CountrySpecificValidationConfiguration Error At Personal Data Collection Step - Onboarding

• When Candidate is on Personal Data Collection, it gets the message "Warning : Please ensure valid entries are maintained for (Country) as no validation(s) are configured. Please contact system administrator for further assistance."  
• As Per KBA 3028078 - Error Message: Warning : Please ensure valid entries are maintained for (Country) as no validation(s) are configured. Please contact system administrator for further assistance. external user visibility is needed for to remove the error message
• Despite running the job in external user visibility tool for CountrySpecificValidationConfiguration, the error persists

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the External User and submit the PDC step
2. The following message is displayed "Warning: Please ensure valid entries are maintained for (Country) as no validation(s) are configured. Please contact system administrator for further assistance."  

• The reason why the job run did not work is because customer has not maintained any Country/Region specific validations in Manage Data
• The tool is usually run to ensure that the visibility is given to the external users
• However, if the configurations are missing, you have to add the configurations else you would receive the error

• Configure the Country/Region Specific Validations in Manage Data
