3057505 - There is no Submit Option Available in VAT Return for UK With Tax Return Type VAT Return Correction

After creating VAT Return for UK and Releasing it, there is no button to Submit this VAT Return for Tax Return Type VAT Return Correction.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the VAT Returns view.
3. Click relevant Tax Return ID.
4. Click View All.

There is no option to Submit the VAT after it is Reported.

The VAT Return Correction is not supported by MTD API exposed by HMRC and hence submit is not available on the correction Return.

The correction process of a submitted Return is a manual process not followed through MTD.

This is the correct system behavior.
