You may find SSCUI Assign Output Channels (ID: 102314) is not available from CE2105.

This SSCUI Assign Output Channels is obsolete now and removed on purpose. It was a read-only configuration step where only SAP can do the assignment.

When you want to define when a channel shall be used (maybe in combination with a specific form), the output parameter determination is the configuration to be used.

As for which channel is supported, it is stipulated and documented by the corresponding business application. Output Parameter Determination is the main centrol customizing and also has validations against the supported channels. Therefore, you may not able to use any non-supported channel.
