• You are using SAP Build Work Zone or you have developed a Fiori Launchpad site for SAP Business Technology Platform Portal on Cloud Foundry environment.
• After clicking the application tile connecting to a on-premise ERP system, the application page is loaded but the mouse is blocked, which means that you cannot click any button or perform any action in the content area of the application page.
• Checking the browser console log/Network traces, it is possible to see following errors:
  • "Embedding blocked because the whitelist service does not allow framing -  sap/ui/security/FrameOptions";
  • "Embedding blocked because the allowlist or the allowlist service is not configured correctly".
