When a user who should have access to Recruiting attempts to access Recruiting via Admin Centre or a Tile the page does not load and you receive an error with the fingerprint id: fingerprint=84a153b537317b69e4679b934a64467651654fee

Reproducing the Issue
- Proxy or logon with a User who has access to Recruiting
- Go to Recruiting
- Receive error like below:
errorID=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX, fingerprint=84a153b537317b69e4679b934a64467651654fee, timestamp=2021-XX-XXTXX:XX:XX.XX+0000, error
Message=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorID=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX, timestamp=2021-XX-XXTXX:XX:XX.XX+0000, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.
Cause
This issue is caused when MDF objects are not synced to the database, resulting in 'dirty' data.
Resolution
For Partners and SAP Cloud Product Support ONLY:
In order to fix this, you will need to contact an Implementation Partner or SAP Cloud Product Support team. The resolution requires a Sync procedure to be performed on the MDF framework with the database

Object definition creation failed for [*******] because of following reason com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: javaInactiveObjectType :TimeManagementTerminationEndHandlingAlertdoes not exists in objectTypeVsObjectTypeIdOnly:
The following steps should be taken by your partner or SAP Cloud support:
- Login into provisioning
- Go to Manage Scheduled Jobs page
- Click create new job button
- Select MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC from dropdown. Select valid user name and provide some job name.
- Click create job button
- Click run it now button on action tab
- Once the job is completed, go to Provisioning
- Under MDF Cache Tool, click Clear cache
- Clear MDF cache
Note customers have the possibility to directly run the job MDF Object Definition to DB Sync from Admin Center, however the prerequisite is that it was previously created at least once from Provisioning. For more information, please check KBA 2534674.
