Cause

This issue is caused when MDF objects are not synced to the database, resulting in 'dirty' data.

Resolution

For Partners and SAP Cloud Product Support ONLY:

In order to fix this, you will need to contact an Implementation Partner or SAP Cloud Product Support team. The resolution requires a Sync procedure to be performed on the MDF framework with the database

This should resolve the Splunk Errors:

Caused by: com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: javaInactiveObjectType :TimeManagementTerminationEndHandlingAlertdoes not exists in objectTypeVsObjectTypeIdOnly

Object definition creation failed for [*******] because of following reason com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: javaInactiveObjectType :TimeManagementTerminationEndHandlingAlertdoes not exists in objectTypeVsObjectTypeIdOnly:

The following steps should be taken by your partner or SAP Cloud support:

  1. Login into provisioning
  2. Go to Manage Scheduled Jobs page
  3. Click create new job button
  4. Select MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC from dropdown. Select valid user name and provide some job name.
  5. Click create job button
  6. Click run it now button on action tab
  7. Once the job is completed, go to Provisioning
  8. Under MDF Cache Tool, click Clear cache
