3057959 - A severe error occurred in app Reset Cleared Items

In app Reset Cleared Items (App ID F2223)  you want to reset and reverse a clearing and get an error  A severe error occurred 

This error message is shown after some time

S/4 HANA CLOUD

1. App reset cleared items Enter clearing entry 
2. Click on Reset Cleared Items
3. Click on reset and reverse

This may happen when a user resets a clearing which clears a very high number of items, a time-out error resulting in message A severe error occurred is displayed in app Reset Cleared Items

Create a case providing SAP support permission to reset and reverse clearing document in the backend system via transaction code FBRA.

Provide Details of

• Clearing Document
• Company Code
• Fiscal year
• Reversal Reason
• Posting date, Posting Period and Tax reporting date (if required)

Reference CB User to logon to system
