The "Time Records" tab on Administer Time UI / Workbench has been relabeled as "Absences" from the b2105 release

- Navigate to user's Time Off Workbench and see the first Tab previously labeled "Time Records":

We have changed the "Time Records" label to "Absences" on the Administer Time UI, as this removes the confusion whether it is for Time Off or Time sheet records.
