Symptom
- Users are unable to locate system-generated emails within the SuccessFactors instance.
- Inquiry about features or locations to view system-generated emails.

Reproducing the Issue
- Attempt to locate system-generated emails within the SuccessFactors instance.
- Check the Message Center feature for email records.
- Verify if there are other features displaying sent emails.
Cause
System-generated emails are not stored or displayed comprehensively within the SuccessFactors instance, apart from the Message Center.
Resolution
- Use the Message Center feature to view emails stored in a conversation-like structure. For more details, refer to 2845894.
- Note that there are no additional features to display sent emails to candidates or users within the system.
- For investigations, SAP teams manually search server-side logs using specific keywords.
