Is there a way, or a place where it is possible to see the System Generated Emails inside the SuccessFactors instance?

No. Apart from the Message Center, which is a feature that stores and display emails in a list like a conversation structure, you can find more about message center in 2845894, there are no other features that show the list of emails that have been sent from SuccessFactors to either Candidates or Users on the system.

When SAP teams have to investigate through the Emails that have or have not being sent/received by specific users, the way that is done is via logs that are found directly on the Server side of the SuccessFactors Data Centers, and that is a manual search that is done using some keywords of what is being looked for.
