3058055 - How to View System-Generated Emails - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • Users are unable to locate system-generated emails within the SuccessFactors instance.
  • Inquiry about features or locations to view system-generated emails.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to locate system-generated emails within the SuccessFactors instance.
  2. Check the Message Center feature for email records.
  3. Verify if there are other features displaying sent emails.

Cause

System-generated emails are not stored or displayed comprehensively within the SuccessFactors instance, apart from the Message Center.

Resolution

  1. Use the Message Center feature to view emails stored in a conversation-like structure. For more details, refer to 2845894.
  2. Note that there are no additional features to display sent emails to candidates or users within the system.
  3. For investigations, SAP teams manually search server-side logs using specific keywords.
