3058107 - Unable to activate Onboarding Data Protection and Privacy: Change Audit Logging Feature - Onboarding 1.0

• When trying to enable the Data Protection and Privacy: Change Audit Logging feature in Onboarding 1.0, the following error message is received: "HCM Suite Change Audit feature should be enabled before enabling GDPR feature."

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Open Onboarding 1.0.
2. Go to Settings >> Features >> Data Protection and Privacy.
3. Click Activate.
4. Error message seen: "HCM Suite Change Audit feature should be enabled before enabling GDPR feature."

• Change Audit Feature is disabled in Manage Audit Configuration.

1. Go to Admin Center >> Manage Audit Configuration.
2. Click on the Change Audit tab,
3. Enable the following features:
   
   • Change Audit
     
     • Personal Data Audit
     • General Audit
4. Once the Change Audit features have been enabled, go to Onboarding >> Settings >> Features.
5. Select Data Protection and Privacy : Change Access Logging, and click Activate.
