Symptom

The Billing Info for customer does not show as a note for the fixed price item in the release billing proposals app

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to release billing proposals app.
  2. Select one item of the billing type Fixed Price and click edit.
  3.  The billing info for customer is not filled.

Cause

Standard Behavior.

Resolution

The Billing Info for Customer section that is maintained in the Manage Sales Order application, will be directly available in Debit Memo Request (DMR). It will not be available in the Release Billing Proposals application.
