3058306 - Include in Output not Passing to Scheduled Invoice Request.

Symptom

Include in Output not passing from sales order to scheduled invoice request and corresponding Invoice.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales Orders work center -> Sales Orders View
  2. Select the Sales Order XYZ (XYZ represents the sales order ID)
  3. Navigate to Items tab -> Attachments sub tab
  4. Include in Output field is checked
  5.  Navigate to corresponding Scheduled Invoice Request 
  6. Under Items tab attachment Include in Output field is not checked

Cause

Currently it is not possible to automatically pass the Include in Output from sales order to scheduled invoice request.

Resolution

Kindly perform the below workaround till we provide this feature in one of the upcoming release.

  1. Go to Customer Invoicing work center -> Invoice Requests view. 
  2. Select the Scheduled Invoice Request
  3. Under Items tab attachment select Include in Output field.
