3058315 - Filter fields are missing under the Location in Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges - Recruitment Management

A field under the Location filter is not available to be permissioned under Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges e.g. Location, Antarctica is not available to permission even though it is an option for selection in a Job Requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Enter Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges.
3. Search for the affected user
4. Under the filter column, Location, you do not find the field you are looking for; e.g. Antarctica

There are no existing Job Requisitions with that filter field, in the e.g. Location; Antarctica

A filter field will only appear if there is an existing Job Requisition with this filter field.

If there is no existing Job Requisition for that filter field then that filter field will not be available to be permissioned as there will be no data to be reported.

Please note if a Job Requisition is deleted it can no longer be reported on. Please see KBA: 2726087 - It's Possible to Pull a Report on Deleted Requisitions - Recruiting Management. As a result the permission will be removed if the the Job Requisition was the only Job Requisition with that specific location.
