3058550 - New Hire Data Review Tile has tasks open, but the Tile detail is empty - Onboarding

• Hiring manager can see multiple Task in New Hire Data Review Tile. When they click on the Tile and see the detail section, there are no Tasks.
• New Hire Data Review Task count is showing incorrect number.
• Hiring manager has zero task in "My Task", but in the New Hire Data Review Tile they see multiple Task still assigned to them.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to BPE: Manage User Tasks
2. Search for Open "New Hire Data Review" task.
3. Search for ONB2Process object associated with these open New Hire Data Review tak from Manage data UI

User may have deleted ONB2Process object in Manager Data UI, so now this User Task not required. However they are still open in the system. No one should delete ONB2Process object manually through UI it can leads to Orphaned record.

In order to solve this:

1. Go to BPE: Manage User Tasks
2. Search for open "New Hire Data Review" task
3. Click on Complete Task as these task is no longer required since the ONB2Process is not there in system anymore.
