3058565 - Server is in intermittently unresponsive or slowness status -- SAP IQ

IQ server appeared a slowness rather than complete hang or unresponsive. Seeing stacks, some threads were changed between 1st and 3rd stack dumps and some threads were looked to be stuck. However nothing accepted new connection was.  Following thread looks to be stuck in dumps.
