3058596 - Older periods showing amount zero in the Agreement Postings report period view settlement

Symptom

After a support pack upgrade, the Agreement Postings report period view settlement amount keeps showing zero for some of the older periods. The accrual amount in Summary view also is not matching with this amount in Period View.
