3058618 - How can I access a supplier account in a test environment?

• I am a buyer administrator, MSP, or part of the Program Management Office
• I want to complete regression or other testing in a pre-production or non-production environment 
• I would like access to an existing supplier account in the non-production or pre-production environment
• A supplier account was created for me in Production, but the test environment has not yet been refreshed. Therefore, the account is not yet available in Test.
