This field works in conjunction to the Number of Openings field. Once there is at least one candidate that the system would consider to take away one of the openings (which is when a candidate is in a On-Board, Ready to Hire or Hired status), the value will start to show up in Reporting and will display how many of the positions were filled in that job requisition. If the candidate is in any other status, then it would not take away the number of openings. For example: the Number of Openings says it has 2 openings, and you have 1 candidate in one of these statuses. Then, the Openings Filled would be one, and Number of Openings would be 2.
