3058641 - Custom Tiles are not showing for External Onboarding Users - Onboarding

Onboardee logs in into his/her page and custom tiles are not showing

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as the Onboardee

2. Custom Tiles are not showing

Possible reasons that it is not showing are:

1. The custom tile is not active

2. The conditions in Assignments are not met.

a. Onboardee is not part of the User Group

b. The onboardee is outside the set Based on Start date

c. User Type is not set in External Onboarding group that is selected in assignment 

1. Make sure that the tile is currently Active

2. Make sure that all the conditions are met.

a. Onboardee is not part of the User Group

- This can be double checked by checking the group that they are in. You can check by doing the following:

a.1. Edit the group where the onboardee should be part of

a.2. Click the count on the upper right

a.3 Check if the onboardee name is there

b. The onboardee is outside the set Based on Start date

- Making the Start date as Always is one of the best practices for tests to so that we can point out if the issue is on the Start date of the Onboardee

c. User Type is not set in External Onboarding group that is selected in assignment 

- Please double check if the User Type of External Onboarding User Group is set as "External Onboarding User". If the User Type is undefined, please create a new group to make sure that the onboardee is part of the group.

- Also, make sure that the Onboardee met the condition set for the group.
