Simply run your Data Action.

This is the behavior by design.

This is not an issue. Data actions have no built-in currency conversion.

If the Data Action is executed on a public version, there is a setting option: currency conversion determines on how the private version is being created: On default currency (USD) - then copies across different org units will copy the data from USD to USD. If local currency is selected, then there could be discrepancies as you could copy from USD to EUR. That is why there is a choice. Data Actions in itself cannot do currency conversion.
