Symptom

You are not able to open/download the report FINGLAU04_Q0002_CR with 'Single Sign On' but are asked to reenter your password.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
  2. Go to Design Reports view.
  3. Open a formatted report e.g. FINGLAU04_Q0002_CR.
  4. You are not able to open/download the report and will be asked again to reenter the password.

Cause

In the presetting there is a 'Default Company' maintained which can not be determined.

Resolution

Enter the default company (ABC) manually and the download of the report will start.
