Symptom
- Customer has a new Docusign account and needs disable old connection.
- Docusign password has been changed and needs to be updated in Onboarding. (See Internal Memo)
- Customer wants to know the consequences of deactivating Docusign within Onboarding.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Resolution
- Login to the Onboarding Application.
- Navigate to the Onboarding 1.0 Module.
- In the Onboarding Dropdown select Settings.
- Navigate to the Features Tab and look for Docusign eSignature.
- Click on Docusign eSignature and click Disable.
This should only be undertaken and executed for a customer whose DocuSign envelopes are NOT active. Otherwise, deactivating DocuSign while envelopes are active (i.e. activities live in Production) will cause those envelopes to become disconnected and no longer active. If you undertake this action in Production, know that existing, live activities will require manual restarting to generate a new envelope.
