Resolution

As of now the only audit change available in CSB is the one shown in the screenshot below, this Last Modified By provides the name of the person who performed the last change.
 
 
There are no other audit logs available for CSB. There is currently an enhancement request submitted so please feel free to vote on this to possibly have this as a functionality in future releases: Audit logs for career site builder.
