3059467 - Reminder of External User welcome Message - Onboarding

You have setup a reminder for External User Welcome Message in Onboarding. However, these reminders are continually sent even after New Hire Data Review /Personal Data Collection Steps.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Setup a reminder for External user Welcome Message email Template;
2. Initiate Onboarding for a new hire;
3. The reminder is being sent until the new hire Due date.

At moment, reminders are working as per Designed. The reminder logic is based on the Reminder Settings, messages will be sent based on the New Hire's due date + Configuration provided in the notification template as below screenshot.

At present you must setup the reminder based on the due date + calculation for how long these emails should be sent.
