Symptom

  • EWM TU is not generated from TM in case of Consignment pick-up or Return Delivery w/o reference
  • The standard return scenario is working correctly (TU can be generated by TM to EWM), but only Consignment pick-up and Return Delivery w/o reference is not working.
  • It seems if the Source Location = Customer & Destination Location = Shipping Point, the TM system is still considering this as an Outbound transportation though.
