How to add images to email campaigns

There are two locations when it comes to campaign emails configuration:

> The Email campaign templates in Admin Center (see 2766982 - How to create Email Campaign Content Template - Recruiting Management)
These will appear in your email campaign under "Content Template"

> The Email Layouts in CSB (see 2953689 Creating Email Layouts for Candidate Relationship Management - Recruiting)
These will appear in your email campaign under "Email Layout"

Both support adding images but the images will need to be hosted via a Support ticket first (see 2264945 Requesting to Host a Photo or Company Logo on SuccessFactors SFTP Servers - Recruiting).

Once the URL is obtained, in Manage Email Campaign Content Templates this means just pasting the URL given which will look something like https://datacenter.sapsf.eu/companyid/Image.jpg
This will resolve into an image straight away.

In CSB the source code will also need to be added in the html component so it will look like 
<img src="https://datacenter.sapsf.eu/companyid/Image.jpg ">

Note the email layouts in CSB also allow the addition of a logo in the header component via the image selector.
