Symptom

  • Connections from HANA Cloud to on-premise systems via Cloud Connector are not working
  • In the Cloud Connector logs (ljs_trace), the following error is recorded:

    #ERROR#com.sap.core.connectivity.tunnel.client.notification.ApplicationClientConnectTask#Thread-74#Unexpected exception while establishing application tunnel connection for tunnel: account:///<account>
    io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException: connection timed out: <instance-id>.connectivity.hana.<region>.hanacloud.ondemand.com/<ip>:443
