3059697 - SAP Marketing Cloud - SSCUIs no longer opening after Release upgrade

After SAP Marketing Cloud upgrade to Release 2105 some configuration apps in the 'Configure your Solution' - 'Marketing: Contacts and Profiles' group are no longer opening. The following error is raised instead:

"App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment."

SAP Marketing Cloud

1. Access the Manage your Solution app
2. Goto Configure your solution
3. Try to open an app from the Marketing: Contacts and Profiles group
4. Observe an error as "App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment."
   
   

The business user might be missing some required catalogs. 

Update the underlying business role for the business user with the catalogs assigned to business role template SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT_MKT "Configuration Expert - Marketing":
