User tries to proxy as another user and then tries to apply to a job. But the information, when accessing Internal Career Site powered by CSB (ICS), is for the "original" user and not the "proxied as" user.

1. User X, proxies as user Y.
2. While impersonating user Y, navigate to Internal Career Site powered by CSB (ICS).
3. The login is done as user X, and not user Y.

This is a product limitation.

This is an expected behavior, since when you use Internal Career Site powered by CSB (ICS), the authentication is managed by IAS and always relates to the user who is logged into the system.
Even after proxying as a different user, when you navigate to Internal Career Site powered by CSB (ICS), the authentication will only recognize the authenticated user, and not the proxied user.
