Symptom
After a customer places an order in Commerce, the record is not found in the Real-time Reporting Explorer in CDS.
It is possible to find confirmation of the order placement in the tomcat logs on the Commerce side:
{"thread":"hybrisHTTP20","level":"INFO","loggerName":"de.hybris.platform.ordermetrics.events.OrderMetricsConfirmationEventListener","message":"order placed : 00004002","endOfBatch":false,"loggerFqcn":"org.apache.logging.slf4j.Log4jLogger","instant":{"epochSecond":1621871599,"nanoOfSecond":895962000},"contextMap":{"RemoteAddr":"[199.87.113.6] ","Tenant":""},"threadId":132,"threadPriority":5,"origin":"PLATFORM"} |
In a normal scenario, one would also expect to find the below statement in the logs immediately after the one above, confirming that the event was sent to CDS. When this problem occurs however, it cannot be found:
{"thread":"nioEventLoopGroup-2-1","level":"INFO","loggerName":"com.hybris.yprofile.services.impl.DefaultProfileTransactionService","message":"Event sent to yprofile. With Status: 201, Consent Reference: 53a00b7e-091f-4875-9ebe-9ea87504ab07 and Context-Trace-ID: 4f8e6f9b-b7f4-11eb-9354-4302d0fa32e7-0-0","endOfBatch":false,"loggerFqcn":"de.hybris.platform.util.logging.HybrisLogger","instant":{"epochSecond":1621354549,"nanoOfSecond":982650000},"contextMap":{},"threadId":384,"threadPriority":10,"origin":"PLATFORM"} |
