3059945 - Assign to Others option not available for HRPB

The Assign to Others option is not available for HRBPs when searching and opening an Item through the Library.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login the system with a HRBP account and go to Learning User side
2. On Find Learning click on Browse all courses
3. Search for the desired Item
4. There will be only the option to "Assign to me"
5. When checking the My Team tab, under Links tile, user can see the option Assign/Remove Learning

User is not able to see the "Assign to Others" because he/she is not a Manager or a Delegate of any user.

If the HRBP is not a Manager or is not a Delegate of any other User in the system, the option to assign courses to other will be:

1. Access the Learning User side
2. Go to My Team tab
3. At Links tile select: Add/Remove Learning

To be able to assign Items trough the Library, this HRBP should be add as a Delegate or be a Manager of someone in the system.
