3059946 - Termination attachment disappears after workflow is approved - SuccessFactors Employee Central

You are observing that the SuccessFactors termination attachment is lost after the workflow is approved. This is one known issue.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Import termination details template with an existing attachment id.

Go to workflow page, we can see the attachment there.

Approve the workflow go to employees' profile page, no attachment found.

The same is also observed via OData API queries.

SF engineering have plans to adopt the termination import on Centralized services in b2211 and then will cover this gap. The current status is that SF engineering is planning the fix into future release 2H 2022.

Please note that in future communications with SAP, you can ask to check the Engineering ticket number ECT-166471 to track the progress of it.
