3059948 - 2105 Release- How to enable Recurring Activity section for the profile in Server Side Integration

Symptom

Recurring Activity is not seen in the Addin Settings of the Profile.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Email Integration--> Groupware Settings.
  2. Navigate to Profile tab and click on the Profile.
  3. Navigate to Add-In Settings.
  4. You can observe that the Recurring Activity section is not available.

Cause

It needs to be first activiated from the Settings page.

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Enable the Option "Recurring Calender activities sync".
  3. Save the changes.

Resolution

Now, if you navigate to the respective Profile, you will be able to see the Recurring Activity section.
