3059978 - Unable to login to SAP BI Mobile App on iOS after Tomcat and IDM SSL certificate renewal


Renewing the SSL certificate in Tomcat Server and IDM Server causes the usual SAP Netweaver logon screen to display as blank screen except for the words "Additional information required".
