3059992 - Text Replacement in workflows

• Workflow shows "Submitting XYZ change request for $(First_Name) $(Middle_Initial) $(Last_Name)" when workflow is initiated. By using Text Replacement, we want it to be displayed as "$(Last_Name) $(Middle_Initial) $(First_Name)" but it doesn't get changed.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Enter Text Replacement on Search
2. Scroll till "User_Display_Name" (For English language)
3. Replace with text to "$(Last_Name) $(Middle_Initial) $(First_Name)"

          4.Click Save and see if this works

          5. Initiate a workflow request it appears as below-:
